Salary: up to £100,000


Burns Sheehan are partnered with a leading FinTech business based in Manchester. They have experienced significant growth and success over recent years and are now looking for a Head of Product to join the team.


You will be leading a team of Product Managers and Product Owners and will play a critical role in executing their vision into roadmap. They are looking for someone that can drive product-led growth, encouraging product-led ways of thinking and working.


What will you be getting up to?


  • You'll be working closely with the leadership team to build short to long term product roadmaps that align with the overall strategic vision of the business.
  • Leading the development of their product function, coaching and building out a high performing team.
  • Working cross-functionally between product and engineering, maintaining a close relationship with technical leads.
  • Taking ownership of the PDLC.
  • Leading GTM initiatives alongside sales, marketing and operations.


What are they looking for?


  • Someone with proven experience leading product teams that is equally an excellent communicator and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and/or experience within payments/FinTech.
  • A leader that can develop and build teams.
