About our client

Our client is a successful and well-established international private equity fund, with an impressive primaries and co-investments team looking for an Analyst to be based in London. They have a fantastic track record investing into funds across the UK and US. They work across a broad mandate in the mid and large cap space, and due to the lean team this role will have exposure to the entire deal cycle from the offset.

This position offers an exciting long-term career path with exposure to both investing and portfolio monitoring. What the job involves

  • Reviewing opportunities to invest in the private equity market via primary fund commitments
  • Carrying out financial analysis and preparing IC materials
  • Attending meeting with investment partners
  • Involvement in portfolio monitoring analysis as well as preparing reporting materials for both internal and external purposes
  • Assisting with the preparing of IC papers and board materials
Who we are looking for

  • Prior experience within Big 4, corporate finance, consulting, private equity or banking
  • Strong analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to assume additional responsibilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High-energy team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
