Our client is a leading Furniture Manufacturer based in Leeds, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Wood Machinist to contribute to their commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and precision.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wood components according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and program CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Wood Machinist 
Knowledge of other machines like Edge banding, Saw operator and understanding of Wood Work and B-Solid
Extensive knowledge of wood materials and machining processes.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to machine adjustments.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Hours of work are Monday- Wednesday 15:15pm-01:45am and Thursday 15:15pm-00:45am. 
Overtime is available on weekends at time and a half on Saturdays and double on Sundays.
