Provide high-quality HR advice, guidance, and support to customers

Support HR projects and work programmes, such as recruitment campaigns, policy development, and mandatory training
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:
CIPD qualification or significant experience in HR or Learning & Organisational Design and Development
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant desktop IT applications
Experience in delivering a range of HR services
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with customersDesirable Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:
Experience in designing fit-for-purpose HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of HR best practises in a local government setting
Experience in delivering learning and organisational design and development services
