About Us:

As a Teaching Assistant in a PRU or Alternative Provision, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing space for students who need additional guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised one-to-one and small group assistance to students with varying needs.
Support the execution of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support frameworks.
Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with students, encouraging active engagement and academic growth.

Relevant Experience: Experience in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly beneficial.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the diverse needs and challenges faced by students in non-traditional educational settings.
Empathy: A patient and compassionate approach, with the ability to connect with students from different backgrounds.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.Requirements:
Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one, a new one costs £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us
