Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring safe, person-centered care.

Support residents in reaching their full potential through daily activities and personal care.

Manage rotas to maintain safe staffing levels.

Oversee training, staff inductions, and professional development.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
