We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Will Writer to join a highly reputable Private Client team.Main duties & responsibilities include:I ndependently managing own caseloadTaking initial instructions from clientsPreparing and advising on Wills of various complexity, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation and ensuring that all documents are legally accurate and professionally writtenResponsible for providing high quality, timely, professional adviceCorrespondence with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionalsAttending clients in their own environment as requiredEnsuring that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to senior members of the Private Client teamMaintain accurate and organised client files and documentation on the companys case management systemPromoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitatedYou will have/be:Prior experience working within a busy Private Client department and must have experience of drafting wills and advising clients in relation to estate planning mattersProfessional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients needsConfident IT skills and working knowledge of case management systemsHigh attention to detailMust have own transportPackage:£35,000Life Insurance (3x basic salary)Group Income Protection Insurance (75% of basic salary after 26 weeks of continuous sickness absence)Private Medical InsuranceGym membership discountJoin this highly reputable firm that has been part of the local community for over 40 years.
