We're opening a new office in London, and will also have on-site Account Manager roles that you could move into based in West London.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in matching qualified candidates with the right opportunities and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in education recruitment and consulting
  • Expertise in interviewing and communication
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to identify top talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects
  • Experience in the education, training, or employability sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
