The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, providing a wide range of services including buying, selling, renting, and managing properties.
The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include registering tenants, organising property viewings, negotiating offers, and managing the progress of tenancies.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads via marketing and networking, conduct market appraisals, and secure new instructions.
Build rapport with landlords and tenants, communicate company processes and legal requirements, and manage expectations.
Mentor junior negotiators, stay updated on property legislation and trends, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
At least 1 year of lettings experience.
Background in achieving targets and exceeding KPIs.
Skilled in lettings industry software and CRM systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driving license.
