8.00 - 17.00 Mon-Fri
Working for one of the UK's largest Facilities management companies you will be working on a social housing contract across essex.
Duties will include:
Basic plumbing
Fit vinyl polysafe pur flooring
Tiling
Painting
Plastering making good
Self levelling floors (latex)
All works are targeted with prices and is social housing
Cap and cove wet room flooring would be a major advantage if able to do
Requirements for the position:
* A valid CSCS Card
* Previous experience on site
* Full PPE
* References upon request from previous employers.
