Our client, the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider is currently looking to hire a Battery Process Engineer. The successful candidate will improve efficiency, quality, and safety across all stages of the remanufacturing workflow, from disassembly to testing and reassembly.
 
The Battery Process Engineer will:
Lead efforts to optimize remanufacturing processes, including disassembly, inspection, testing, repair, and reassembly, to improve efficiency and quality.
Collect and analyse data on process performance, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other relevant documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process optimization techniques.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for remanufacturing technicians and operators.  
The Battery Process Engineer will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a remanufacturing or manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Strong technical expertise in battery technology, including knowledge of battery chemistries, materials, and manufacturing processes.
