We have a great opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Devonshire Square office in London. As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting and forecasting of the Group's central service functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst to join a FTSE 100 business and be entrusted to make process improvements for the division.

Qualified Accountant with 2-3 years PQE (preferably ACA/ACCA qualified)
Effective communicator both with finance and non-finance professionals
Ability to work as an effective team member
Strong technical acumen with a good understanding of IFRS
Drive and ambition to progress in a FTSE 100 Group function
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel at an advanced levelMore about the Senior FP&A Analyst role…
Responsibility for the reporting and forecasting of the Group's central service function, which includes functions such as:
Group legal.
Health and Safety.
Executive Board.
Strategic Land.
Marketing.
Group Finance.
Liaising with senior stakeholders, including the Group CFO, Group COO and Heads of Departments to set budgets, manage forecasts (Anaplan) and interrogate actuals.
Management of Group recharges to ensure costs are fully recovered from business units.
Review of month end journals and other postings in COINS.
Close working with the Group reporting team to ensure that technical accounting matters such as share based payments, lease accounting and acquisition accounting are appropriately reflected in forecasts.
Ad-hoc project work to improve processes (e.g. ongoing payroll improvement and potential to restructure COINS ledger).
Opportunity to support broader FP&A team.
Managing a team of two to ensure work is appropriately prioritised to meet deadlines.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us…
