Split Day Maintenance Electrician
I am currently recruiting for my client for a split day maintenance electrician based in West London. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent with 17th or 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, small lighting installations, sockets, moving data points, riser inspection's, looking at BMS faults, fault finding to fuse boards and panels as well as general ppm on plant, checks on ahu's and fan coil units helping other engineers, general paperwork and escorting sub contractors.
Salary is 43-45K with overtime
Hours are split day 7-4 one week and 10-7 the following week.
