Front End React Role (Contracting Position - Day Rate - £400 - £475 a day) I’m currently working with a client in the UK health-tech space who are on a mission to make access to treatments simpler, safer, and more convenient. They’re building a digital healthcare platform using React.js and Nuxt.js, and are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help complete their initial product, deliver new features, improve performance, and support platform scaling as they grow. What you’ll do • Develop and enhance front-end and back-end applications using React.js and Nuxt.js. • Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services. • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-based infrastructure. • Optimise performance, accessibility, reliability, and security across the stack. • Collaborate on new features for patients, clinicians, and internal teams. What we’re looking for • 3+ years of full-stack development experience. • Strong proficiency with React.js and Nuxt.js on both the front-end and back-end. • Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). • Good awareness of UI/UX principles and best practices. • A security-first approach, with understanding of GDPR and healthcare-related compliance. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Nice to have • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • Experience in healthcare or e-commerce environments.
