Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the Middle East. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in chemical or oil & gas industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix organization. The ideal candidate will be a hunter   closer who excels at identifying and capturing new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve designated revenue  targets.

Lead sales efforts across assigned geographies, market segments, or key customers.

Identify and capture new sales opportunities, particularly with a focus on the Middle East market.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

Conduct sales negotiations with both existing and potential customers to drive profitable growth.

Define customer needs for products by managing laboratory and technical end-use trials and tests at customer sites.



Monitor sales volume, revenue, and costs against forecasts to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.

Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic decision-making at the regional level.

Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, driving innovation and value creation for customers.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.

Analyze sales data and trends, identifying key areas for growth and optimization.

Ensure full utilization of Microsoft applications and sales tools for reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Proven track record in Key Account Management, Sales, and Business Development within the chemical or oil & gas industry.

Experience in energy-related fields such as drilling, production, cEOR, or stimulation is highly desirable.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across functions.

Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM systems, etc.).

Impact & Decision-Making:

Accountable for a large sales budget and revenue targets within the assigned region.

Direct medium-term impact on sales area performance, contributing to company growth.

Influence decision-making at the regional level by providing key insights and recommendations.

This role offers a high-impact, strategic position within a global organization, providing the opportunity to drive significant business growth and innovation in the EMEA chemical and oil & gas markets.
