The Role:
We are currently working in partnership with a well-resourced school in Doncaster that requires a Sports Coach to join their team full-time from September. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has a real passion for sports and physical education and can be innovative and engaging in their coaching methods.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Have relevant qualifications and experience in sports coaching or a related field.
Have experience working with students to help them achieve their physical and academic goals.
Be able to assess and understand individual student needs and develop customized coaching plans.
Have strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their best.
