TimePlan are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive SEND school located in the heart of Lambeth. They provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for their students. Committed staff work collaboratively to support the unique needs of each child, ensuring they have the best opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in creating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for students. Your compassionate and patient demeanour will help you build positive relationships with the children, ensuring they feel secure and supported during this essential part of their day. They are looking for both staff who can work 5 days per week and candidates who are willing to complete ad-hoc work. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting students during mealtime, encouraging healthy eating habits
Promoting social interactions and fostering friendships among students
Implementing behaviour management strategies to ensure a calm and positive lunchtime environment.
Supervising outdoor and indoor activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students
Collaborating with the teaching team and support staff to provide holistic care for our students.The school can offer a welcoming and inclusive school community where you'll feel valued and supported. Training and professional development opportunities will be offered to enhance your skills in working with SEND students.
