We are working with an Operator client who is seeking a Sr. Planning & Performance Specialist (P&PM) to

join the S&SP Planning & Performance Management Division of Products & Customers Planning & Performance Management Dept.

The Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for the review, analysis and consolidation of reports such as Business Plan, Accountability, Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc reports required by management. These reports are being prepared in the departments’ level under Sales & Supply Planning organization and reviewed and consolidated by Planning & Performance Management Division to ensure its completeness and relevance in order to satisfy the requirements of higher management. The Planning & Performance Management Division also reviews and processes several subsidiary invoices from out-of-country offices.nThe primary role of Sr. Planning & Performance Specialist is to perform all planning & performance management functions and interact with personnel within Operating client's P&PM organizations in the performance of his/her duties.

ResponsibilitiesnThe successful candidate will be required to perform the following:

Plan and execute planning and performance management analytical activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM Staff and supervisor of his/her organization.nWork with different level of staff in the collection, analysis and consolidation of data required for business plan, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, management information system (MIS) and other adhoc reports needed by higher management.nConduct special studies with an aim to enhance the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, performance measurements, processes and workflow.nProvide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.

Education & Experience Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance), or a related discipline. Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is required.nNine (9) years of relevant experience in planning & performance management is required.nMust have proven ability to handle complex problems in a rigorous, analytical fashion.nPrevious work experience in oil & gas industry must have been sufficiently broad to allow the candidate to be effective as a team player of planning & performance management group.nMust have excellent command of oral and written English, with demonstrated capability of producing top quality written reports and presentations to management.nHe/She must have excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Application (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
