Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Shropshire, with hybrid and flexible working. Travel required within the Midlands and the North West.

We are currently looking for a talented Business Performance Analyst to join a large business process & digital transformation function within a leading Environmental company. The Business Performance Analyst will be surrounded by like minded people who are all trying to achieve similar goals.
The Business Performance Analyst will lead the business transformation across our non hazardous Treatment business in the Midlands and West of the UK. The successful candidate will interrogate data through Power BI and G-Suite, focus on innovative ways to improve our impact on the business through data, and support the operational business in making the best overall decisions.

What will you be doing?
Clearly focusing on the business' performance throughout the various aspects of the contracts you'll be supporting.
Communicating technical solutions to a wider audience.
Support in creating a culture of continuous improvement and change, whilst maintaining a culture of data appreciation across the business.
Build strong relationships with our internal customers who provide large scale waste treatment services to our council clients.
Ensure all operational datasets are maintained to the highest standards.
Enhance operational performance through business performance analytics.
Work closely with product teams to drive product roadmaps.
What are we looking for?
Experience in an operational or analytical role.
Problem solving skills.
Strong business acumen.
The ability to analyse complex datasets.
Proven experience in delivering change management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
