Pay Rate: £35 Umbrella P/H
Job Type: Full Time Contract
The Role
To manage all clinical and professional aspects of complex casework, where appropriate, using evidence-based occupational therapy assessment, intervention, planning and reviewing/evaluation skills
To support the team manager / senior staff in order to deliver the key strategic aims of the organisation and to deputise for the Senior OT as required dealing with the day-to-day management and organisation of a specific team.
Identify people at risk of abuse, harm or neglect (safeguarding) and contribute to ensuring their safety through the application of the Tower Hamlets Safeguarding Policy and procedures.The Candidate
Knowledge of evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions and outcome measures
Knowledge of the pan-London multi-agency Protecting Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy and procedures
Working knowledge of national policy, guidance and legislation relevant to Occupational Therapy and adult health and social care and a knowledge of the changes being implemented by The Care Act 2014How to apply
