The role:
We are in pursuit of a Site or Senior Site Engineer proficient in setting out using a single-person total station, conducting Q&A, drafting permits, and carrying out inspections. Typically, you will be assigned to a single project for the duration of the day, serving as the sole engineer on-site.
The company undertakes a diverse range of projects encompassing highways, public realm initiatives, structural projects such as bridges, water infrastructure ventures (e.g., spillways, extensive drainage projects), as well as 278 and section 38 undertakings. Project values span from £500K to £15 Million, with the average project valued at £2 Million.
The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or higher qualification in civil engineering, possess a valid driving license, hold a CSCS card, and ideally have SSSTS certification or equivalent, though this is not mandatory.
