Our charity shops are vital in raising funds from the sale of pre-loved, donated stock to fund Mind's vital mental health support services. As a Shop Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive change and make an impact, in a varied role where no day is ever the same You'll also have opportunities to take ownership of your development, with support to help you reach your ambitions, whatever this looks like for you.
