Quantity Surveyor - ManchesterWe are working with a National Construction contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business in South Manchester. They have recently secured a nationwide framework agreement to work on various new build health care projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help with the running and cost management of the projects.The opportunity comes with long term career development and training. You should have previous experience of working within a commercial build environment, whether this is in Health care, Education, Industrial.The projects have a strong emphasis on M&E - knowledge of this sector would be an advantage.

  • Cost Planning
  • Overseeing projects up to £25m in value
  • Working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to provide accurate costings for each project
  • Managing Sub contractor packages
  • Working with client/estimators/design and project teams
  • Previous experience of working in critical environments an advantage
  • Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
  • Driving Licence
