An international bank based in London seek a dynamic Leverage & Acquisition Finance professional to supporting the origination, structuring and execution of new business opportunities, as well as looking to manage and develop the banks existing portfolio..


Responsibilities:

  • Originate, structure & execute a diverse range of Leverage & Acquisition Finance transactions
  • Manage and develop the banks Leverage & Acquisition Finance business portfolio
  • Oversee completion of new business credit applications
  • Support strategic development, surrounding the banks Leverage & Acquisition Finance presence
  • Carry out regular portfolio reviews and prepare reports
  • Utilise syndication and loan trading to maximise the banks position
  • Work closely with senior management
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market


Key Skills:

  • Strong Leverage & Acquisition Finance experience
  • Deal execution and structuring exposure
  • Strong credit analysis skills
  • Strong Financial Modelling skills
