JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development Manager - Air Compressors, Industrial Engineering
You’ll drive new business and increase our sales revenue from existing customers by up-selling current / old clients. Our customers operate across a wide range of marketplaces such as automotive, aviation, engineering, food, beverages manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical industries and universities to name a few.
We pride ourselves on after sales / customer service, so you’ll be offering best advice to our customers on all their air compressor needs, such as energy saving projects and cost-effective compressed air solutions.
As our Sales Engineer you’ll be:
· Following through the entire sales process from initial contact, through to delivery / installation
· Identifying and developing new customers prospects and business opportunities to existing and new customers
· Supporting and working with your Sales and Service colleagues and developing your knowledge and expertise
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development Manager - Air Compressors, Industrial Engineering

You’ll need to be technically minded, whether you’re already a Sales Engineer or in another Technical Sales capacity, or if you come from a maintenance, Field Service Engineer background and you’re looking to get into sales, talk to us.
To be a successful Sales Engineer with us you will:
· Be self-motivated, have the drive and capability to push our sales function forwards
· Possess excellent people skills and be able to talk to anyone - from an engineer to a business owner, to the procurement department of a multi-billion-pound turnover organisation.
· Enjoy the hunting side of new business development
· Work well in a team to ensure we reach our commercial goals
