A lovely primary school in Greenwich are looking for a qualified Primary Teacher to join their staff on a full-time basis for the rest of the academic year.
The Role
In this role you will be teaching within upper key-stage 2 for the first part of the summer term and then taking over as the class teacher for the year 6 class after the SATS exams in May. The class is currently being taught by a member of the senior leadership team to ensure continuity until the national assessments. After that the school are looking for a teacher to support the class as they complete their primary schooling and prepare for secondary school.
You will work alongside the senior leadership team to plan and develop lessons and activities for the last part of the year. Alongside class teaching there will be a range of events for class including assemblies and performances so experience in this area would be beneficial although not essential. 
The school are open to applications from qualified primary teachers with experience in Key stage 2.
This role is offered on a short-term contract basis starting ASAP until the 23rd July 2024.
