We specialise in contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking techniques and artistic presentation. The dishes are crafted using premium ingredients sourced from carefully selected suppliers, ensuring that every bite is an experience in itself.


The menu is a journey through the seasons, offering vibrant dim sum, luxurious small plates, modern large plates, and stunning desserts. Each dish is designed to be shared, fostering a social and interactive dining experience that brings people together.


Head Chef role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic culinary team, driving the development and execution of our seasonal menus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Chinese cuisine, with a creative approach to blending traditional and contemporary techniques.


Head Chef offer:

Head Chef key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development
  • Lead the creative process for our seasonal menus, experimenting with unique flavour combinations, colours, and presentations to deliver dishes that are both innovative and true to our brand.
  • Manage and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across the menu.
  • Work closely with our carefully selected suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
  • Oversee the tasting process, refining dishes up to ten times to achieve perfection before they are added to the menu.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure that every customer’s dining experience is seamless, engaging, and memorable.


Head Chef qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-end restaurant or Hotel Background
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team.
  • Creative flair with a passion for experimenting with new flavours and presentations.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
