We are currently recruiting for Front of House Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of FoH contracts for leading property management and real estate services firm in Manchester.
 You'll inspire and manage a team of 10-15 receptionists across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for clients, occupiers, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high service standards through audits and feedback.
Resolve client and guest queries promptly.
Innovate and enhance FoH service offerings.
Coordinate site cover and manage recruitment.
Lead and motivate team members, ensuring performance excellence.
Monitor financials and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
Proven team management skills across multiple sites.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Financial awareness and HR procedural knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office, adaptable, and able to work independently.
