Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Creative Front End Web Developer to join Positively Distinctive Media. This role is pivotal in crafting interactive and functional digital experiences, including websites, system interfaces, and interactive games. You will collaborate closely with our back-end developers and design teams to deliver comprehensive digital solutions that not only look visually compelling but also operate seamlessly across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

General ResponsibilitiesnDesign and develop visually appealing and functional web interfaces, interactive games, and digital marketing assets.nWork collaboratively with back-end developers using PHP, WordPress, and Laravel to ensure seamless functionality and integration.nCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.nDevelop and optimize front-end functionalities to ensure web applications are responsive and accessible across multiple browsers and devices.

Web Development and DesignnUtilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks to build responsive, high-performing websites.nIntegrate data from various back-end services and databases with front-end architecture.nRegularly maintain and improve existing websites and applications.nTranslate design concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Creative Design and InnovationnDesign and produce digital marketing materials such as banners, emails, and other online media.nStay updated with emerging web technologies and design trends to incorporate into projects.nExperiment with creative design layouts and new interaction concepts.

Project ManagementnManage project timelines and coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital products.nParticipate in design and tech project review sessions to provide insights and feedback.

Required Skills / ExperiencenMinimum of 3 years experience in front-end web development, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.nProficiency with WordPress, Laravel, and other relevant development frameworks and technologies.nExperience in designing and developing responsive design websites.nStrong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).nExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.nAbility to solve problems creatively and effectively.nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
