We are looking for an immediately available part-time Visual Content Specialist for 25 hours per week to support our marketing and visual efforts. We’re looking for someone who can help us gain more control over the photos on our portal and follow up with campsites to help improve the images on our platform overall.


The ideal candidate will be driven and self-motivated, with a good understanding of photo editing within Lightroom or Photoshop and social media management.


About the role


Visual Content

  • Review new listings’ photo galleries, making edits, and suggesting improvements
  • Support the visual content manager in dealing with photo-related requests, both internally and from site managers
  • Review all newly added photos from site managers, making edits, and rearranging the gallery on the listing where necessary
  • Liaise with sites and professional photographers, matching sites with the most appropriate photographer in their area and coordinating the delivery of the content
  • Research and vet new professional photographers to add to our database
  • Review existing listings to see where improvements could be made to their gallery
  • Coach sites on how to take and upload better-quality photos, following up with them regularly
  • Make sure the photo quality processes are being followed internally and conduct training where necessary
  • Help create training documents, templates, and guidelines for the wider team


Social Media

  • Support the visual content manager in choosing photos for social posts
  • Brainstorm and implement new content for social media campaigns
  • Liaise with sites and customers (through social media channels) to gather UGC for social posts
  • Assist with video editing for social posts


About you


  • Extensive photo editing experience (including using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop)
  • Account management/ Account Coordinator or similar experience.
  • A portfolio of travel and/or outdoor photography, bonus points if it features camping/glamping sites
  • Administrative experience
  • Good communication skills, including a good telephone manner
  • Experience producing and editing visual content for social media, including video editing
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent


It would be great if you…

  • Have some copywriting experience
  • Are fluent in another European language (especially French or Spanish)


Salary: £18k - 20k based on a 25 hour week, depending on experience
