Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Methods Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient use of resources. This role offers a blend of project engineering responsibilities and hands-on tasks, ranging from managing MRP systems to physical tasks like painting and moving benches.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing methods and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with the project engineering team to support various engineering projects.
Utilize MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc., to manage and streamline production activities.
Engage in hands-on activities, including painting, equipment setup, and workspace organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all processes meet quality and safety standards.
Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within an engineering environment.
Proficient in using MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to engage in both technical and hands-on tasks.
