Key Responsibilities

Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacitynEnsure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS inputnSupport, motivate, develop, and coach the teamnRecognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plansnLead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliabilitynFollow and maintain site principles

What are we looking for?

FMCG experiencenHNC (or above) in an Engineering disciplinenContinuous Improvement qualified (LEAN), or proven experiencenCMMS experience

Shift worknSalary up to £60,000
