Field Care Supervisor

to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality domiciliary care service.£24,000 per annumOpportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older peopleDynamic role with scope for professional development

The Role:Work closely with the management to coordinate the development of the serviceAssist in care planning and conduct risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirementsPerform quality assurance visits for clients and manage complaints and incidentsPromote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and valuesProvide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clientsSupport the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office teamEnsure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees

The Candidate:The ideal candidate should have:Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer serviceExperience in leading, training and managing a team to provide high quality domiciliary care servicesGood knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulationsStrong skills or experience in conducting care assessment and care planningGood working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google SuiteA driving licence,access to a vehicle and willing to obtain business insurance.
