About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative management team (2 people) to lead the operations of a prestigious holiday park in the scenic Yorkshire countryside. This role is best suited for two individuals who can work together closely to ensure the seamless running of the park. About the Park:
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Yorkshire, our client’s holiday park is renowned for its 5-star luxury and continuous investment.
The Role:
As General Managers, you will share responsibilities in overseeing the day-to-day operations and future development of the park. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining the park's esteemed reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Vision for the Future:
* Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive business performance.
Business Development:
* Champion growth initiatives, including driving sales, diversifying accommodation options, and supporting potential expansion plans.
* Collaborate with business owners to execute strategic plans and achieve financial objectives.
Owner & Guest Satisfaction:
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
* Oversee training programs and process improvements to continually enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record of successful sales and marketing initiatives within the hospitality, leisure, or tourism industries.
* Extensive experience in managing holiday parks or similar tourism services, with a deep understanding of industry trends and guest expectations.
* Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations of hospitality, leisure, or tourism businesses, demonstrating the ability to navigate operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
* Practical understanding of holiday park maintenance and infrastructure, focusing on ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of park facilities.
* Strong operational experience across diverse activities, including accommodation management, leisure facilities oversight, and guest services optimization.
* Demonstrated business acumen with a proven ability to meet sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.
* Leadership experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 years in a position of significant responsibility.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a history of successfully resolving business challenges, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
