Seize the opportunity to shape our rapidly evolving digital presence The Digital Marketing Executive role will primarily involve supporting website and e-commerce development projects, managing social media platforms, and contributing to SEO efforts within our websites. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and fostering social engagement to support customer needs and generate leads.
- Assisting in the development of the overall Digital Marketing strategy, encompassing social media, websites, and our e-commerce sites to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborating with external agencies to bolster the marketing strategy.
- Working closely with the Marketing team and internal departments across the business to stay updated on all website CMS and content updates.
- Implementing day-to-day optimizations of our website and e-commerce portfolio, gaining insights into the customer journey, conducting A/B testing, personalisation, and continuous optimisation.
- Supporting the team to enhance marketing efficiency, achieving daily and weekly KPIs while aligning with the overarching marketing objectives.
- Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to measure the performance of marketing strategies using Web analytics tools.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, identifying opportunities to integrate new strategies and tactics into ISOQAR’s digital marketing efforts.
- Copywriting - creating content for ISOQAR.com and external websites.
- Designing and sending emails using Hubspot, collaborating with the team to improve open rates and expand the database.
Essential:
- Possesses sound knowledge of the latest developments within digital marketing.
- Demonstrates good writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt content to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Has experience in creating, editing, and developing content for digital and social platforms.
- Can build rapport, establish networks, and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
- Exhibits knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques, including digital content writing and marketing automation.
- Shows excellent attention to detail and can prioritise workload, multitask, and demonstrate initiative.
- Displays creativity and commercial acumen.
- Has a customer-focused mindset and thrives in a team environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, HotJar, Dynamics CRM (ideally), AI, and various social media platforms.
- Commercial experience in a B2B environment.
