Key Responsibilities:
Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities to meet individual student needs.
Student Engagement: Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students' social and emotional development.
Resource Preparation: Help prepare learning materials and resources to support effective teaching.
Behaviour Management: Implement positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within a special needs setting, is essential.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or child development are highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach to working with children.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various situations and learning styles, ensuring all students are supported effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies.
