This highly popular Stockport secondary school are eager to secure the services of a Cover Supervisor candidates who will be setting up lessons across various year groups throughout KS3 – KS4 and subjects.
 
Your main responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor would be to ensure all students are accurately registered, that all work set by the absent teacher is distributed and explained, whilst providing support to students throughout the cover lesson.
The Cover Supervisor role is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain valuable classroom experience before committing to a teacher training path, as well as those experienced educators who are looking for a more flexible role.

Cover Supervisor – what makes you suited to this role:
Able to supervise and cover a class
Good behaviour management skills
Can present and communicate clearly to a class of 30 students
Prior education / classroom / tutoring experience
Degree level of education
Flexible in covering an array of subjects across KS3 – KS4
