Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Motor Mechanics Teacher to lead our motor mechanics program based within one of our partnered schools in Wandsworth. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is not only knowledgeable about motor mechanics but also committed to supporting and mentoring students with SEMH needs. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a hands-on, engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students and helps them gain valuable vocational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a comprehensive motor mechanics curriculum tailored to SEMH students.
* Deliver engaging, practical lessons that foster a hands-on learning environment.
* Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to accommodate individual learning needs.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and development.
* Collaborate with the wider school team to support students' academic and emotional needs.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive workshop environment.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in motor mechanics to keep the curriculum relevant and exciting.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in motor mechanics, with a relevant qualification in the field.
* Teaching experience, particularly with students with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
