We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join our clients growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of property disputes while working with a diverse client base that includes landlords, tenants, and property owners. You will play a key role in advising clients, managing cases, and driving successful outcomes in line with commercial objectives. Responsibilities Manage your own caseload efficiently, ensuring both chargeable and non-chargeable targets are met. Advise landlords, tenants, and property owners on all areas of property litigation, including: Lease renewals, forfeiture, and rent arrears recovery Service charge and breach of covenant disputes Boundary issues and possession proceedings Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence. Prepare and issue court applications (County Court and First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)). Liaise with new clients, handle initial enquiries, and maintain strong relationships throughout the case. Attend client meetings, take detailed instructions, and prepare cases for hearing or settlement. Manage support services, including supervision of paralegals and legal secretaries. Maintain financial control through effective cashflow management, billing, and collection on account. Provide regular updates and respond to client queries promptly and professionally. Submit required documents to court ahead of hearings and trials. Qualifications Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx Level 6 / LPC). Proven experience in property litigation or dispute resolution with a property focus. Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant property legislation. Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills. Confident using case management systems and legal IT applications. Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Commercially aware with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
