Duties Will Include:

  • Oversee all operations of the warehouse team.
  • Manage all warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping receiving, inventory control and distribution.
  • Working with other departments, overseeing the co-ordination of transportation for goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Exploring and managing cost saving exercises within the warehouse.
  • Assisting with existing carrier relationships.
  • Managing and enforcing health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Previous warehouse management experience needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a leadership role.
  • Motivated and driven individual who is willing to lead by example.
  • Current FLT counterbalance licence is required.
