Over the last four years, in conjunction with its partnership with Behavioural Design company TIOS it has introduced enterprise leading agile strategy and processes across the entire business. Position: Relationship Research and Development Executive
Location: Hereford
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: c£28k
About Us: Andrew Grant is a leading name in estate agency with over 50 years in the industry, specialising in both Sales and Lettings. Along with our partner company TIOS, we are researching, developing and deploying a strategic model that delivers high performance to all areas of a business, including exceptional and measurable service to clients. This unique model is new to the industry and enterprise in general, a truly agile method it is both deployed and constantly evolving.
Part of the model is an Agile IT platform, the only one of its kind, that promotes optimised outcomes for clients and the internal team. You will be involved in the role out and evaluation of a new app that will be exclusive to Andrew Grant in the industry and which promises to be a disruptor in the industry.
You will receive full introduction to this advanced behaviourally based model as well as ongoing coaching. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of this powerful model. Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in implementing our methods in this new initiative focused on nurturing and developing client relations. This will include identifying needs, developing ideas, collaborating in deployment and monitoring effectiveness. You should have exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in human behaviour and relationship development as well as an interest in business outcomes.
