Job Description SummarynPerform

Backup and Recovery of customer's data & systems

in a distributed or cloud environment.·nImplementation, administration and configuration of

cyber resiliency

and replication technologies, including backup servers, media servers, tape library both physical and virtual libraries, cloud containers.·nParticipation in Disaster Recovery exercises planning and Disaster Recovery execution.nAssess backup environment for identifying pain points and translate into opportunities.nRecover customer data and perform business continuity services.nPerform problem diagnosis and root cause analysis of the backup and recovery environments.· Apply knowledge on automation.nPerform Incident Recovery Services.nManage and operate IT hardware, software, communications for Hybrid Platform Recovery Services

(Backup as a Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) & Cyber Resilience as a Service (CRaaS)),

and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products.nPrepare for new or changed services, manage the change process, and follow regulatory, legal, and professional standards, manage performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance.

NIST CSF

Respond and Recover domains.nDesigning solutions for full application stack recovery

within defined RPO/RTO.nProviding

resilience architect support

to business transformation and modernisation programmes.nAdvise customers on

disaster recovery best practice , identification of their Minimal Viable Company application platforms and associated business impact tolerances, and the ability to map these to the supporting infrastructure and foundational services.nDesigning solutions for backup or resiliency

solution to achieve customers business impact tolerances to support requirements to minimise data loss of Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).nDevelopment of

technical recovery procedures

for both s ystem failovers or data recovery . Experience of

planning and supporting enterprise testing of recovery test

for both failover and data recovery.nOne or more Cloud Service Provide Professional certifications,

e.g. Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Security Engineer, Google Cloud Architect.

Preferred Skills and ExperiencenAbility to lead projects from start to finish and work independently.nOpen Group certification.nExperience of developing long term architectural strategies.nOne or more security certifications, e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP or CCSK.
