IT Infrastructure Specialist – Leading Organisation in Health and Social Care

What You'll Be Doing
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist , you'll be part of our forward-thinking Digital, Information, and Technology (DIT) team. Your role will focus on:
- Ensuring seamless integration and operation of infrastructure services.
- Maintaining high availability of IT systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, and hybrid infrastructures (VMware & Azure).
- Designing solutions with embedded security to protect against cyber threats.
- Supporting and enhancing our cyber security capabilities.
- Providing expert troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, and technical recommendations.
- Collaborating with teams across IT and external partners to deliver innovative projects and enhancements.
Your Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Microsoft Certified with expertise in PowerShell and scripting.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft platforms, including Intune, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
- Expertise in configuring anti-malware, intrusion detection, firewalls, and network security.
- Proven ability to manage hybrid infrastructures and implement business continuity plans.
Desirable:
- Microsoft Azure Certification.
- Experience with SQL Server, VMware vSphere, and office telecommunications.
