Technical Support Lawyer - Conveyancing Specialist

Location: West Midlands

About the Role


As a Technical Support Lawyer , you will:

  • Prepare comprehensive contract and search reports for new developments and sales.
  • Examine development documentation to ensure suitability for property sales and mortgage lender security .
  • Provide expert advice on complex technical issues , conduct file reviews for compliance, and assess risk across conveyancing matters.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of qualified experience in Residential Property.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law and practice , including experience with the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme .
  • Proficiency with case management systems, the Land Registry Portal , and online conveyancing tools.
  • A detail-oriented, communicative professional with expertise in compliance and risk assessment .
