Our client is working on a long term framework with the NHS to perform reactive and minor works within a locally based hospital.
Due to someone relocating, a position has become available for someone to join this well structured team with proven opportunities for career development.
This is a site based role providing great exposure to the work environment, the client relationship and allowing strong working relations with the operational team to ensure successful delivery of this framework contract.
The role will including: preparation of tenders; preparation of variations and valuations, site measurements, attending site meetings and preparing final accounts. You will also assist with CVRs and gain exposure to traditional contracts and a full career training path will be tailored to your level of experience.
Projects are highly varied and could be anything from replacing doors to putting new kitchens in to carrying out full ward refreshes. These range anywhere between £5k to £100k with multiple schemes running simultaneously so you will be working in a vibrant and fast paced environment, gaining lots of experience along the way.
