Were looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker whos passionate about helping children and young people thrive. This isnt just a job its a chance to change lives, build futures, and be part of a team that genuinely cares. What youll do Be a role model for young people, supporting them through lifes challenges. Lead and support a team of care staff, keeping the home positive, safe, and inspiring. Create fun, meaningful routines and activities that help young people grow. Make sure care plans are followed so every child gets the right support. Take the lead on shift including sleep-in shifts making sure everything runs smoothly. What were looking for A natural leader whos friendly, positive, and calm under pressure. Experience in residential childcare (or similar) with at least 12 months in a supervisory role. Someone who can communicate, motivate, and inspire others. A full UK driving licence (essential). Either already has (or is keen to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce. Why youll love it here £15.00 per hour competitive, reliable pay.
