What you'll be doing:

Slough Borough Council has a statutory responsibility to collect and dispose of household and trade waste from across the borough.

You will be responsible for the safe driving and operation of a large goods vehicle (LGV) collecting / delivering waste and recycled products ensuring compliance to the applicable legislation and demonstrating consideration for other road users.

Working in a crew of three you will work as a team to collect household and trade waste and recycling from across the borough, depositing the waste at our disposal sites based in Colnbrook and Bracknell.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and dynamic council team that really makes a difference to the quality of life of Slough's residents, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
