My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Colchester, Essex to a high standard, you will be working with a friendly team that are motivated and hungry for sales. My client is open to candidates from estate agency, retail, customer service and new build sales experience. Ultmately the perfect profile would be an individual with customer facing sales or customer service experience.
The role of a new build sales negotiator is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person. This role is all about face to face sales so building rapport and delivering a 5 star customer journey is key.
