Our client is a successful global software organisation with an already established and highly successful international business. As part of strategic growth, we are now recruiting an experienced Global Head of Services to lead an established international team at a time of positive transformation for the business.

You will need a senior Consulting/Professional Services leadership background in SaaS and a proven track record in leading large teams and driving delivery and transformation in a Services function. The role will lead a large business - so, senior experience and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:nManaging international Services/Consulting teams and engagementsnDrive the development of an established Services organisationnDevelop and maintain world-class processes and peoplenBuild and drive relationships with key stakeholdersnMeet Services revenue and profit quotasnCoordinate with other global leaders, particularly in Sales, to implement regional and global initiativesnProvide support in achieving region sales quotas

Requirements:n5-10 years of senior Services leadership experience in the SaaS/Software industry, ideally leading large international teamsnExperience managing and leading all aspects of a successful Services businessnA strong background in large projectsnAbility to grow and manage technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software salesnAbility to excel in a team environment and to effectively develop and retain project-based employees
