Castle Employment Group are working exclusively with The Angel Inn in Topcliffe North Yorkshire who after an extensive refurbishment are opening in July. We are working with the Executive & Head Chef to help build the kitchen team and are looking for a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef. This venue will offer accommodation, an 80-seater restaurant with extra seating in the garden area, also catering for events and weddings. The menu itself will offer guests the chance to sample fresh, locally sourced food cooked & presented to a very high standard.

With salaries offered up to £36,000 the chefs will also benefit from subsidised accommodation if required, NEST Pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Discount for the bar & restaurant, refer a friend scheme, employee awards & recognition and then after 6 months enrolment to BUPA health and dental care.

We are wanting to speak to skilled chefs of all levels who have a true passion and interest in food and want to be part of something special as The Angel looks to make a difference in North Yorkshires hospitality landscape. This is a family run business and your communication and personality is key to success within this team. With the location of The Angel, you would either require transport or consider the use of the accommodation that is subsidised by the employer.
